Who is responsible

VeriSci Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เวริไซ จำกัด), 103 Soi Phahonyothin 33, Lat Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, is the data controller for this website. For any privacy question or request, email hello@verisci.co.th.

What this notice covers

This website only. Our products — KOBI, Veenora, ROO and LAKKARN — have their own privacy notices for the data you put into them.

Data we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number (optional), message, the topics you chose, the page language, and a record of your consent (the time and the version of this notice).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in our hosting provider’s logs, and briefly in the website’s memory to limit repeated submissions.
• One cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, set only when you switch language, which remembers your choice for one year. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and to discuss or propose our services — based on your consent and on steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, such as limiting repeated submissions — based on our legitimate interest.
• To meet legal obligations when the law requires it.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing email unless you separately agree to it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this website for us, and only as far as needed:

• Vercel Inc. — hosts the website on its global network (the contact form runs on servers in Singapore) and keeps short-term access logs.
• Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox and keeps a short delivery log.
• Google (Google Workspace) — our company email, where your message is read and answered.

Transfers outside Thailand

These providers may store or process data outside Thailand, for example in Singapore or the United States. We use providers that commit to appropriate data-protection safeguards in their contracts, as sections 28–29 of the PDPA require.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact with you and then deleted — unless you become a customer, in which case your contract and the law decide. Hosting and delivery logs follow each provider’s short retention period.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

• Ask for access to, or a copy of, your personal data.
• Ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, or object to its use.
• Ask us to send your data to you or to another organisation, where technically possible.
• Withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
• Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

How to make a request

Email hello@verisci.co.th. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days.

How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS. Contact-form messages go straight to our inbox and are not stored in a website database, and access is limited to the staff who handle enquiries.

Changes to this notice

We post every change here with a new date and version. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we say so clearly on this page.
